Same here. While not being able to evaluate all features, we know that importers of Animal Blood Products for technical purposes into Europe may end up with their shipments being put on hold upon importation due to non-conformities.
A simple example is Brazil. As of February 21. there was not one single establishment approved for collection, handling and processing oof blood and blood products, excluding of equidae, for technical purposes. Yesterday one establishment finally made its way into the listing.
Our research found out that the Brazilian authorities had made the listing entries into the wrong section - which has led to "deleting" the existence of an entire business field.
Other countries have listed the plants and establishments for blood and blood products for technical use into the correct section yet these lists continue to be incomplete.

Our advice - before giving green light to your next import of animal blood products into the EU check the TRACES NT database and make sure your supplier / exporter is on the list and in the correct section. It will save everyone troubles and costs.
